Receiving Applications
This part is standard for any hiring process, and is your first step in becoming a member of
the team at TransForm Solution. We advertise available positions on our website and give a
deadline for accepting applications or resumes. It is important to take the deadline
seriously and to highlight your best features in order to stand out amongst the crowd.
Application Screening
Once the applications have been received and the submission deadline has passed, all of the
applications that were received are screened by a recruiter. A list is made of candidates
that have the qualifications we need and these candidates are called to set up an interview.
IQ Test
For entry level and mid-level candidates, an IQ test is administered so we can get a better
sense of the candidate’s personality traits, ability to understand and follow instructions,
decision-making ability and general intelligence level.
Preliminary Interview
This interview is conducted by our human resources department and is typically short and to
the point. The goal is to create a short list of suitable candidates to move onto the next
stage. This preliminary interview is usually advantageous for both the company and the
interviewee, as both parties can exchange information and ask questions.
Aptitude & Proficiency Testing
Aptitude and proficiency testing are designed to figure out if the candidate has the
potential to learn the skills necessary to excel at the position, and to measure the
relevant skills he or she already possesses. Candidates are placed in simulated work
situations to analyze qualities and weaknesses that can’t be derived from applications and
interviews.
Personal Interview
During a personal interview, we are trying to find out if a candidate is suitable for the
position while learning more about the candidate as a person. This interview is also used to
give candidates a clear picture of exactly what the job entails, discuss the terms and
conditions and go over organizational policies. This stage may consist of several rounds of
interviews with various heads of departments.
Final Selection
Once all of the stages have been completed, the candidates we feel will best represent the
spirit and level of excellence we expect are formally hired. There is an initial probation
period, where candidates must show they are suited for the position and once that period is
completed successfully, they are a permanent TransForm Solution team member.
